Ingredients: Pork meat (ORIGIN: ITALY neck, shoulder, bacon, minced meat), pork fat (ORIGIN: ITALY), salt, spices, flavourings, garlic, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservatives: potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite.

A typical Friulian cured meat, made with carefully selected pork. Each soppressa is stuffed into natural casings, hand-tied, and aged for at least 60 days, after which it is covered with the perfect balance of noble molds, essential for the product's excellent quality. When cut, it presents a medium-grained slice, pinkish-red in color with distinct ivory-colored eyes, soft and firm all the way to the core. The aroma is delicate, the flavor sweet.
