Ingredients: Pork, pork belly, salt, natural flavours, preservative: E252, E250.

Local pork salami. The pork is trimmed, minced to a medium grain, salted, and seasoned with typical herbs from our valley. It is then kneaded, stuffed into natural pork casings, dried for about four days, and finally cured for a minimum of 35 days.
