A typical Friulian cured meat, made from the finest cuts of pork. It's stuffed into natural casings, hand-tied, and aged for approximately 45 days. When cut, it presents a soft, compact slice, coarsely ground. The salami's flavor and aroma are enhanced by the perfect balance of garlic, salt, and pepper.
