This is a selection produced only in the best years, in Giunchizza in the province of Sassari, in the heart of Gallura, from young vines exposed to the southeast where the vine expresses a lively freshness and a good varietal balance of the grapes.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has fresh, floral (white flowers) and iodine aromas, followed by a fairly intense citrus note and nuances of acacia honey.
Savoury and tasty sip, with hints of fresh white fruit and dried fruit, it closes with a fruity and balsamic persistence (mint and helichrysum).
