CLASSIFICATION: 100% Cannonau di Sardegna DOC
SOIL: Limestone, clayey fractions, medium texture with a tendency towards looseness, small and medium-sized pebbles.
CLIMATE: Mediterranean, mild winters, limited rainfall, very hot and windy summers.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation - maceration at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C for approximately 10-12 days. Malolactic fermentation in glass-lined concrete tanks and maturation in small oak barrels for 8-10 months. Brief bottle aging. - CHARACTERISTICS: Color: intense ruby red with garnet hues.
Nose: intensely vinous, typical of Cannonau.
Taste: warm, round, with good structure and excellent balance.
