Ingredients: 100% rondinella

"Scaia" Rosato from Tenuta Sant'Antonio Winery is made with 100% Rondinella grapes grown in vineyards located in the municipality of Mezzane di Sotto, in the province of Verona. After being hand-harvested, the grapes are destemmed and subjected to cold maceration. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12-13°C in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation. The wine is then stirred once a week until bottling. Aged in stainless steel.
