Colline Novaresi Nebbiolo is made from the purest Nebbiolo grape of the same name, which prides itself on being the noblest of Piedmont's varietals. The vines are grown in a natural amphitheater in the municipality of Boca, within the Monte Fenera Natural Park, where the rocky soil and perfect exposure enhance their qualities.

The wine is left for 2 years in large wooden barrels and then bottled for 1 year.

The color is intense garnet, with rose, cherry, and licorice dominating the nose. The flavor is pleasantly tannic, mineral, and persistent.
