White wine

Grape Variety: 100% Vesuvius Coda di Volpe. A wine with a prestigious name and an origin lost in legend: God wept when he found a patch of heaven stolen from Lucifer in the Gulf of Naples, and where his tears fell, the Lacryma Christi vine was born. Considering the extraordinary nature of the land, rich in ash, mixed with lava and lapilli, the vine struggles to climb through it. Color: Straw yellow, aroma with hints of ripe fruit, pineapple, white peach, pear and a typical aroma of licorice. Flavor: A wine with a balanced structure, the fruity aromas resurface on the palate, perfectly fused with the mineral notes. Great versatility and easy to pair, ideal with appetizers, seafood first courses and roasted fish.
