This Venetian rosé wine from Cantina Monte del Frà is made from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. The vineyards, located at 100-150 meters above sea level in the Verona area of ​​Sommacampagna, benefit from calcareous, clayey, and sandy soils. Harvest takes place in early October and is followed by white vinification: a 24-hour maceration is followed by separation of the free-run must and then a lengthy fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
